Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cv33bd ("cv33bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://cv33bd.app and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and progressive web apps (collectively, the "Platform").

Account Registration & Account Security

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and verified as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• cv33bd processes withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank typically settle within 1 to 3 business hours for fully verified accounts.

The following general bonus terms apply to all cv33bd promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

5. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. If you have an active bonus, you may not claim a second bonus until the first has been either completed or forfeited.
6. Bonus Abuse: cv33bd reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Game Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the cv33bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and — where applicable — referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any other point; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; misrepresenting your identity for any purpose.
2. Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on cv33bd, whether in your own name or using alternative identities, email addresses, or payment methods.
3. Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including but not limited to sharing cards or information in live poker, coordinating bets to exploit bonus structures, or any other form of coordinated play designed to circumvent the normal operation of any game.
4. Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Using systematic matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any technique designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, particularly in conjunction with active bonus funds.
5. Money Laundering: Using cv33bd for any money laundering activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling intent for the purpose of concealing the origin of funds.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider while funds remain in your cv33bd account. 8. Underage Gambling: Attempting to access cv33bd or place any wager if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting any person under 18 to do so.

Account Suspension & Closure

cv33bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; KYC verification failure; regulatory requirements; or the discovery that an account belongs to an excluded or underage player.

In the event of an account suspension, the player will be notified by email to the address registered on their account. During a suspension, access to the Platform and all payment functions will be restricted. cv33bd aims to resolve all suspension investigations within 14 calendar days; however, complex fraud or compliance investigations may take longer.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting cv33bd support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests — which restrict access to the Platform for a player's own responsible gaming purposes — are processed within 24 hours and are governed by the terms set out in cv33bd's Responsible Gaming Policy.

Remaining Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

Where an account is closed by cv33bd due to a breach of these Terms, the disposition of any remaining balance will be determined by the outcome of the relevant investigation. Funds connected to fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or bonus abuse may be forfeited entirely. Funds determined to be legitimate real-money deposits unconnected to the breach may be returned at cv33bd's discretion following the investigation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv33bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gambling activity — including losses from casino games, sports bets, crash games, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from any technical failure, system outage, or maintenance of the Platform.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or displayed balances caused by technical malfunction, where cv33bd has made reasonable efforts to prevent such errors and to correct them promptly upon discovery.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banking institutions) outside cv33bd's direct control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

In the event of a technical error that results in a game outcome or bet settlement being incorrect, cv33bd reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant player accounts. cv33bd will make all reasonable efforts to identify and correct technical errors promptly; however, cv33bd shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from the period in which the error was undetected.

Changes to These Terms

cv33bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, cv33bd will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or administrative updates) may be made without advance notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact cv33bd support to close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
